Pasta, Paprika and Zucchini Omelette
The perfect pasta, paprika and zucchini omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Tagliatelle
- 6 Discs Raw ham
- 6 Discs Zuccini
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Oil
- 200 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Boil the pasta briefly in salted water, drain and set aside.
- Clean the zucini and peppers, wash them and cut everything into slices.
- Now fry the ham in a pan without fat, remove and degrease on a kitchen towel.
- Put a little oil in the pan and fry the zucchini and peppers in it.
- In the meantime, mix the milk with the eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Now put the pasta in the pan, season with salt and pepper and pour the egg milk over it.
- Put the lid on the pan and let it set on a low flame for 10-15 minutes.
- Now put some omelette on a plate, break the ham into small pieces and spread over them.
- If you want, you can replace half of the milk with cream and add some cheese.
