Pasta, Paprika and Zucchini Omelette

The perfect pasta, paprika and zucchini omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Tagliatelle
  • 6 Discs Raw ham
  • 6 Discs Zuccini
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Oil
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Boil the pasta briefly in salted water, drain and set aside.
  2. Clean the zucini and peppers, wash them and cut everything into slices.
  3. Now fry the ham in a pan without fat, remove and degrease on a kitchen towel.
  4. Put a little oil in the pan and fry the zucchini and peppers in it.
  5. In the meantime, mix the milk with the eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  6. Now put the pasta in the pan, season with salt and pepper and pour the egg milk over it.
  7. Put the lid on the pan and let it set on a low flame for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Now put some omelette on a plate, break the ham into small pieces and spread over them.
  9. If you want, you can replace half of the milk with cream and add some cheese.
