Smoothie: Banana – Kale – Smoothie

The perfect smoothie: banana – kale – smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Washed kale
  • 2 piece Bananas
  • 1 Glass Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 stem Fresh parsley
  1. Sort the kale, wash it and pluck it into pieces – strip the bananas – make fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges) and wash the parsley.
  2. Put the bananas in the blender, then add the kale and parsley and the juice, add some mineral water if necessary and puree for a few seconds.
  3. Arrange decoratively in glasses and enjoy on any occasion
