The perfect smoothie: banana – kale – smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Washed kale
- 2 piece Bananas
- 1 Glass Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 stem Fresh parsley
- Sort the kale, wash it and pluck it into pieces – strip the bananas – make fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges) and wash the parsley.
- Put the bananas in the blender, then add the kale and parsley and the juice, add some mineral water if necessary and puree for a few seconds.
- Arrange decoratively in glasses and enjoy on any occasion
