Light Fish Seasoning Sauce

The perfect light fish seasoning sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Light fish seasoning sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 50 ml Fish stock or brine
  • 3 tbsp Asparagus water, lake
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Soup seasoning
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic spice
  • 1 tsp Dill spice
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch to bind
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Msp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 Msp Salt

Light fish seasoning sauce:

  1. Chop the onion, measure and stir everything and heat everything in the saucepan (mix the cold cornstarch with a little liquid to bind the saucepan contents).

Use:

  1. All-rounder sauce with a light fish flavor for rice, vegetables, potatoes, grilled, boiled or fried. Also for salads, seafood, fish and meat to season.

Preserving in a glass:

  1. Pour the hot sauce into a sterile glass (with boiling water), tighten the screw cap and turn it upside down for 5 minutes.
