Fish: Herrings in Cream Sauce

The perfect fish: herrings in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 kitchen-ready Pegs
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 2 cups Natural yoghurt
  • 1 half Cucumber
  • 1 half Apple
  • 1 half Onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Mix the cream with the yoghurt, season with salt and pepper, cut the herrings in half, place in the sauce and let stand for a few hours.
  1. Cut the cucumber, apple and onion into small pieces, then add the cream herring, season if necessary and let it steep again.
  1. We had jacket potatoes and a green salad with it.
