- 5 disc Smoked salmon
- 5 disc Pumpernickel
- 5 leaf Leaf lettuce
- 5 Pc. Scallops
- 300 g Fresh spinach
- 1 Pc. Shallot
- 200 g Crabs
- 3 tbsp Cocktail sauce
- 1 tbsp Chilli sauce (sweet)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Dill
- Salt and pepper
- Arrange the salmon with lettuce on a slice of pumpernickel. Chop the shallot finely and sauté in a pan, then add the fresh spinach, season with salt and pepper and let it sauté.
- Briefly sear the scallops in a pan with oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Mix the crabs with the other ingredients and season with salt, pepper and dill.
