Scallop on Fresh Spinach, Salmon on Pumpernickel with Lettuce and Shrimp Cocktail

The perfect scallop on fresh spinach, salmon on pumpernickel with lettuce and shrimp cocktail recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 disc Smoked salmon
  • 5 disc Pumpernickel
  • 5 leaf Leaf lettuce
  • 5 Pc. Scallops
  • 300 g Fresh spinach
  • 1 Pc. Shallot
  • 200 g Crabs
  • 3 tbsp Cocktail sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce (sweet)
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Dill
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Arrange the salmon with lettuce on a slice of pumpernickel. Chop the shallot finely and sauté in a pan, then add the fresh spinach, season with salt and pepper and let it sauté.
  2. Briefly sear the scallops in a pan with oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Mix the crabs with the other ingredients and season with salt, pepper and dill.
