Ingredients
 

  • 1 roll Pasta dough
  • 500 g Salmon fresh
  • 500 g Fresh spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0,5 L Milk
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 50 g Butter
  • To grease butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces in butter, sauté briefly then add the spinach, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Put the butter in a saucepan, let it melt, add the flour and sweat, do not let it turn brown. Add the milk, bring to the boil and season to taste. Do not add the milk all at once, just enough to create a creamy sauce. Season with nutmeg.
  • Butter a baking dish, roll out the pasta dough a little thinner and cut to size. Then put a layer of spinach in the baking dish, then add a little sauce to the salmon, now another layer of pasta dough, etc. Finally, a layer of dough on top, some sauce and the cheese.
  • Place in the oven at 200 ° C and bake for about 40 minutes.
