Fried Chicken
The perfect fried chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 liter Buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Paprika powder
- 1 tbsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tbsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 0,5 tsp Mace
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 900 g Boneless chicken legs
- 300 g Spelled flour
- 500 ml Rapeseed oil
- Mix the breast milk with the spices listed above and soak the chicken in it for at least 2 hours!
Heat the oven to 100 degrees!
- Then drain the chicken and bread it in flour!
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and gradually fry the chicken for about 10 minutes! Cook in the preheated oven for another 10-15 minutes!
