Fried Chicken

The perfect fried chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 liter Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tbsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Mace
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 900 g Boneless chicken legs
  • 300 g Spelled flour
  • 500 ml Rapeseed oil
  1. Mix the breast milk with the spices listed above and soak the chicken in it for at least 2 hours!

Heat the oven to 100 degrees!

  1. Then drain the chicken and bread it in flour!
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and gradually fry the chicken for about 10 minutes! Cook in the preheated oven for another 10-15 minutes!
  3. ADDITIONALLY GABS COLESLAW LIGHT “I’ll be hiring tomorrow”! And homemade paprika fries! 🙂
