Strawberry Dream >>

The perfect strawberry dream >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh strawberries
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 30 g Powdered sugar
  • 80 g Cream
  • 1 Vanilla stalk
  • Almond chip fragments
  1. Wash the strawberries well and cut off the stem end. Then quarter or eighth, depending on the size. Whip the mascarpone with the cream, powdered sugar and scraped-out vanilla pod to a cream.
  2. Mix the cream with 3/4 of the strawberries and pour into dessert glasses. Decorate with the remaining strawberries and just before serving, pour the pieces of almond sticks over them.
  3. I had already prepared the almond stick the day before for another menu and used the emari recipe for it. (Almond Hippen) Thanks for the idea.
