  • Calories : With only 32 kcal per 100 grams of strawberries, strawberries contain hardly any calories. In addition, they consist of 90% water and contain hardly any fat. Strawberries are therefore ideal for your slim figure.
  • Vitamins : Strawberries are rich in vitamins and cover almost the entire spectrum. This makes them true vitamin bombs. The high proportion of vitamin C and folate should be emphasized. Only vitamin B12 and D are not contained in strawberries, since these two vitamins are mainly found in animal products.
