Fixed Potato Soup

The perfect fixed potato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Jacket potatoes
  • 1 handful Soup vegetables
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lovage
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 400 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 Glass Canned sausages
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Sugar
  1. Chop the potatoes into large pieces – peel the onion and garlic, chop them roughly and roast them with the potatoes and soup vegetables in a little olive oil.
  1. Add the lovage and deglaze with the water from the canned sausage – add the stock and boil for 5 minutes – add the milk and puree.
  1. In the meantime, cut the sausages into slices and fry them briefly. Season the soup with salt, pepper, sugar and nutmeg and stir in the sausages.
