Fixed Potato Soup
The perfect fixed potato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Jacket potatoes
- 1 handful Soup vegetables
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lovage
- 300 ml Milk
- 400 ml Chicken broth
- 1 Glass Canned sausages
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sugar
- Chop the potatoes into large pieces – peel the onion and garlic, chop them roughly and roast them with the potatoes and soup vegetables in a little olive oil.
- Add the lovage and deglaze with the water from the canned sausage – add the stock and boil for 5 minutes – add the milk and puree.
- In the meantime, cut the sausages into slices and fry them briefly. Season the soup with salt, pepper, sugar and nutmeg and stir in the sausages.
