Meatloaf with Dumplings and Vegetables

- 1 kg Mixed minced meat
- 1 Egg
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 disc Toast
- 400 g Vegetables
- 1 packet Dumpling dough
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Thyme
- 2 packet Meatloaf sauce

- Cut the onions into cubes, cut the toast bread into cubes and soak in milk for 5 minutes.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the onions, toast and egg. Knead everything well and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Then cover in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Shape the roasting dough into an oblong box (like a cake tin), sprinkle some thyme over it and put it in a greased roaster at 200 degrees for 1 hour on the middle rack in the oven. Brush with oil every 20 minutes
- After 40 minutes, add the water for the dumplings. put the vegetables in a saucepan and let them simmer slowly. When the water boils add the dumplings and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- 5 minutes before the roast is ready, take a saucepan of 1/2 liter of cold water and add the sauce pulverizer and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Now roast vegetables and dumplings on the plate, add a little sauce and your Sunday dish is ready.
