Potatoes and Cottage Cheese
The perfect potatoes and cottage cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Quark
- 50 ml Whipped cream
- 4 Pc. Gherkins
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 8 large Potato
- Pepper
- Herb pieces
- Salt
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Put the quark in a bowl. Cut the cucumber and onion into small cubes.
- Fill the pot with water and add 2 teaspoons of salt. When the water is boiling, put the potatoes in and cook for 20 minutes.
- Now add the cream to the quark and stir well so that it becomes nice and creamy. Add cucumbers and onions and season with salt, pepper and herbs.
- After 20 minutes prick the potatoes to see if they are cooked. If so, drain the water, peel the potatoes.
- Put quark and potatoes on plates and decorate with parsley. Tip: The potatoes also taste good with butter and salt if the quark runs out.
