Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 packet Flour mixture for pizza (with yeast)
  • 150 ml Pizza sauce
  • 1 Pc. Small onion, cut into fine rings
  • 1 Pc. Chopped garlic
  • 2 Pc. Tomatoes, sliced
  • 100 g Boiled ham
  • 3 piece Mild hot peppers
  • 3 piece Stone-Free green and black olives
  • 1 handful Fresh basil
  • 1 handful Pizza seasoning, possibly pepper, chilli
  • 1 Bullet Mozzarella, finely "plucked"

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the package and let it rise or make your own yeast dough for pizza. Roll out the pizza dough on a pizza pan and brush with the pizza sauce. Season to taste, then top with the ham and all the other ingredients. Finally, distribute the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil leaves on the pizza. Bake at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25 - 30 minutes until the pizza base is nice and crispy and the cheese has melted nicely.
