Legs of Goose with Broccoli
The perfect legs of goose with broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Goose legs
- 250 ml Apple juice
- Separate Oregano, dried Mayoran, salt
- Dumplings for 2 people
- 500 g Broccoli, pluck into florets
- Salt, nutmeg, stitch butter
- Rub the legs with spices and fry them in a roasting pan on both sides. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Add the goose legs and approx. 1 liter of tap water and fry for approx. 70 minutes with the lid on.
- Now pour away all of the fatty liquid. Season with herbs again and add the apple juice. Do a cooking test after 30 minutes and switch on the grill. Pour the gravy into a saucepan except for a small amount and reduce.
- Make broccoli ready to cook. Season with salt, nutmeg and butter. Cook with 200 ml water until al dente.
