Legs of Goose with Broccoli

The perfect legs of goose with broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Goose legs
  • 250 ml Apple juice
  • Separate Oregano, dried Mayoran, salt
  • Dumplings for 2 people
  • 500 g Broccoli, pluck into florets
  • Salt, nutmeg, stitch butter
  1. Rub the legs with spices and fry them in a roasting pan on both sides. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Add the goose legs and approx. 1 liter of tap water and fry for approx. 70 minutes with the lid on.
  2. Now pour away all of the fatty liquid. Season with herbs again and add the apple juice. Do a cooking test after 30 minutes and switch on the grill. Pour the gravy into a saucepan except for a small amount and reduce.
  3. Make broccoli ready to cook. Season with salt, nutmeg and butter. Cook with 200 ml water until al dente.
