Tin vegetables
- 0,5 Butternut squash
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mild curry
- Pepper from the grinder
- Seasoned Salt
- Finely chopped coriander
Tin vegetables
- Core the pumpkin and cut into slices, quarter the carrots lengthways, halve or quarter the potatoes as well – depending on the size. Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic.
- Mix honey, sesame oil, soy sauce and curry into a sauce and marinate the vegetables in it – sprinkle with salt, pepper and coriander.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 ° C top and bottom heat. In the meantime, shortly before the end of the cooking time, cut open the sausage and fry it in the pan with a few drops of oil until crispy. Alternatively, of course, you can also have a delicious steak or whatever the fridge has to offer!
