Stir Fry with Broccoli and Mushrooms
The perfect stir fry with broccoli and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Broccoli
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 cm Fresh ginger
- 200 g Mushrooms brown
- 3 tsp Vegan oyster sauce
- 6 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt pepper
- 150 g Somen noodles
- Neutral oil
- Sesame optional
- Divide the broccoli into florets. Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices.
- Heat a little oil in the wok and stir-fry the broccoli for 2 minutes. Then add onions, garlic and ginger. Fry for another 2 minutes and then add the mushrooms. Fry for 2 minutes, then add the oyster sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Cook pasta in parallel. Drain the pasta and serve with the vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
