Farfalle with Vegetable Sauce

The perfect farfalle with vegetable sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Farfalle
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Peppers yellow
  • 1 medium sized Zucchini
  • 1 Onion red
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 500 ml Sieved tomatos
  • 2 tbsp Herbs of Provence
  • 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  1. Cook the trap as usual.
  1. Roughly dice the paprika, tomato and zucchini. Dice the onion and carrot a little finer.
  1. First sauté the onion in a little oil. Then add the carrot, bell pepper and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato.
  1. Stir in the herbs and pour on the tomatoes. Season to taste with balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
