Stir Fry with Broccoli and Mushrooms

The perfect stir fry with broccoli and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Broccoli
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cm Fresh ginger
  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 3 tsp Vegan oyster sauce
  • 6 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt pepper
  • 150 g Somen noodles
  • Neutral oil
  • Sesame optional
  1. Divide the broccoli into florets. Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices.
  1. Heat a little oil in the wok and stir-fry the broccoli for 2 minutes. Then add onions, garlic and ginger. Fry for another 2 minutes and then add the mushrooms. Fry for 2 minutes, then add the oyster sauce, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 3 minutes.
  1. Cook pasta in parallel. Drain the pasta and serve with the vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
