- 6 Dumplings
- 400 g Pork schnitzel
- 2 Fresh onions
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 100 ml Broth
- Cream
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oregano
- Marjoram
- Rosemary
- Cook the bread dumplings according to the package insert and simmer in warm water.
- Cut the meat into pieces and fry in a large pan. Add the chopped onions. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add. Add the stock and put the lid on the pan and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Then season with spices, salt and pepper and refine with cream.
- Finally, put the bread dumplings in the pan and serve.
