Ingredients
 

  • 6 Dumplings
  • 400 g Pork schnitzel
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 100 ml Broth
  • Cream
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Marjoram
  • Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bread dumplings according to the package insert and simmer in warm water.
  • Cut the meat into pieces and fry in a large pan. Add the chopped onions. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add. Add the stock and put the lid on the pan and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Then season with spices, salt and pepper and refine with cream.
  • Finally, put the bread dumplings in the pan and serve.
