Krakow in Coat

The perfect krakow in coat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Cracow
  • 800 g Mixed minced meat
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 400 g Bacon slices
  • 1 medium-sized Chopped onion
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Black pepper
  • 3 medium-sized Free range eggs
  • 50 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs from the baker
  1. Knead the minced meat with the eggs, onion, salt, pepper and cream vigorously until a firm dough is formed (approx. 3 minutes).
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll out on aluminum foil. Then sprinkle the Parmesan on top and put the Krakauer on top. Roll up carefully and coat with the bacon
  4. Pour a cup of water into a baking dish and place the rolls in it. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. If necessary, fill in a cup of water in between.
