Krakow in Coat
The perfect krakow in coat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Cracow
- 800 g Mixed minced meat
- 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 400 g Bacon slices
- 1 medium-sized Chopped onion
- 2 Teaspoon (level) Salt
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Black pepper
- 3 medium-sized Free range eggs
- 50 ml Cream 30% fat
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs from the baker
- Knead the minced meat with the eggs, onion, salt, pepper and cream vigorously until a firm dough is formed (approx. 3 minutes).
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll out on aluminum foil. Then sprinkle the Parmesan on top and put the Krakauer on top. Roll up carefully and coat with the bacon
- Pour a cup of water into a baking dish and place the rolls in it. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. If necessary, fill in a cup of water in between.
