Pizza Grape Nut
The perfect pizza grape nut recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough
- 180 g Wheat flour
- 120 g Rye flour
- 0,5 piece Yeast cubes
- 170 ml Lukewarm water
- 1,5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 tsp Salt
For the sauce
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 piece Diced onion
- 1,5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
For covering
- 100 g Crumbled feta
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 100 g Grapes red fresh
- 75 g Walnut kernels
dough
- Mix the flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour the lukewarm water and olive oil into the well and crumble the yeast into it. Dissolve the yeast pieces in the water with your fingers. Then mix the flour with the liquid from the edge and then knead everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. (Quick method: put the dough in an ovenproof dish, preheat the stove to 50 ° C, put the dough in it and let it rise for 15-20 minutes) Then knead again, if necessary divide, roll out and put in butter-greased molds or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper give. Then preheat the stove to 160 ° C (convection).
sauce
- Steam the onion cubes in 0.5 tbsp oil until translucent. Put the creme fraiche in a bowl, add the steamed onion and the rest of the oil. Season the mixture with thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper and chili powder. (If you like, you can use spicy oil right from the start. Then the chilli powder can be omitted when tasting.) Then spread the sauce on the pizza dough.
Covering
- First distribute the halved walnuts and grapes (also halved) on the coated base. Then sprinkle the crumbled feta over the walnuts and grapes. Finally distribute the grated cheese evenly over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
