Cheese Cream with Italian Herbs

- 200 g Mascarpone
- 125 g Goat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon Italian herbs. chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
- 1 Onion red
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Calamansi balm
- Salt and pepper
- Mix the mascarpone and goat cream cheese together.
- Dice the onion, add to the cheese with the herbs, garlic and paprika powder. Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic. Mix together and season with salt and pepper
- Let rest for 1 hour.
