Tagliatelle with Kohlrabi, Chard and Lemon Cream and mince Balls

The perfect tagliatelle with kohlrabi, chard and lemon cream and mince balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Vegan meatballs, e.g. from Vegetaria
  • 1 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 small Swiss chard
  • 1 Lemon
  • 200 ml Oat cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • Oil
  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes. Cut the chard into strips, put the greens aside for the time being. Squeeze the lemon.
  1. Briefly sauté the kohlrabi and the white chard in a little oil. Pour in the lemon juice and oat cream and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Stir in between.
  1. In the meantime, cook the pasta and fry the balls in a little oil.
  1. Add the chopped chard greens to the sauce and let it steep for a moment.
