Tagliatelle with Kohlrabi, Chard and Lemon Cream and mince Balls

- 1 pack Vegan meatballs, e.g. from Vegetaria
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 small Swiss chard
- 1 Lemon
- 200 ml Oat cream
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g Tagliatelle
- Oil
- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes. Cut the chard into strips, put the greens aside for the time being. Squeeze the lemon.
- Briefly sauté the kohlrabi and the white chard in a little oil. Pour in the lemon juice and oat cream and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Stir in between.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta and fry the balls in a little oil.
- Add the chopped chard greens to the sauce and let it steep for a moment.
