Lukewarm Winter Vegetables from Tray with Salmon

The perfect lukewarm winter vegetables from tray with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Salmon fresh
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 250 g Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 250 g Cauliflower fresh
  • 100 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • Oil, vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • Grated horseradish
  1. For the vegetables, clean the pumpkin, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower and cut into walnut-sized pieces. Mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar as well as salt and pepper and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  1. Wash the lettuce and spin dry. For the dressing, mix 2 teaspoons of horseradish with salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Cut salmon without skin into 2 pieces, season with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  1. Let the vegetables cool down a little and fold them with the dressing into the lamb’s lettuce. Serve with the salmon.
