Beef and Celery Skewers
The perfect beef and celery skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Beef and celery skewers:
- 80 g Beef steaks, lean and thin, split in two
- 55 g Celery bulb, cut into pieces
- 25 g Jalapenos, in pieces [more sharpness through the kernels]
Prepare grill skewers:
- Cut the beef steaks lengthways into strips and place them in a wave-like shape with the celery pieces and jalapeno pieces on grill skewers.
marinate:
- Please use some grill marinade and baste the skewers with it, otherwise the skewers can easily become a little too dry.
Grilling time:
- Grill the finished marinated skewers on the hot grill for 5-10 minutes (approximate value) on all sides until they are cooked through.
