Gingerbread Wreath Cake

- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 250 ml Advocaat
- 150 g Lebuchen All sorts
- Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add eggs. Then sieve in flour and baking powder. Finally add eggnog and crumbled gingerbread. Put the dough in a greased, floured wreath form. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 50 minutes.
