Gingerbread Wreath Cake

The perfect gingerbread wreath cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 250 ml Advocaat
  • 150 g Lebuchen All sorts
  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add eggs. Then sieve in flour and baking powder. Finally add eggnog and crumbled gingerbread. Put the dough in a greased, floured wreath form. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 50 minutes.
