Caramel Coffee Cream
The perfect caramel coffee cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the cream
- 0,5 l Milk
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 0,2 l Cream
- 1 pck. Vanilla custard powder
- 4 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 0,2 l Strong coffee
- Some butter

- Some butter
- Grease a tall pan lightly with butter. Heat the pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and let it caramelize until the sugar melts and takes on a golden brown color.
- Deglaze with the strong coffee and stir vigorously
- Let the whole thing be reduced so that there is hardly any liquid left. Stir again and again.
- Pour the milk over and bring to the boil. Bind with the mixed pudding powder according to the instructions on the package. Put the cream in the cold. Then fold in the whipped cream and the coffee liqueur and pour into glasses.
