Coffee Cream Chocolates

- 125 ml Cream
- 200 g Semi-Dark couverture
- 1 tsp Coffee powder
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Chopped pistachios
- Colored sugar
- Almond sticks
- – Cook the cream with the couverture, stirring constantly, until the couverture is completely dissolved – stir in powdered coffee and powdered sugar into the creamy mass
- – Pour or squirt the cream into praline molds – decorate with colored sugar, pistachios and almond sticks
