Dessert: Caramel Coffee Cream

The perfect dessert: caramel coffee cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 75 g Sugar
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 1 Tl Soluble coffee
  • 2 sheet Gelatin
  1. Caramelize the sugar and soak the gelatin in cold water. When the sugar is nice and brown, deglaze with 125 ml of cream, bring to the boil and add the coffee, remove from the stove.
  2. Add the squeezed out gelatine and stir well. Now let everything cool, whip the rest of the cream and fold into the mixture.
