Chicken Cashmere
The perfect chicken cashmere recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Turkey breast fillet
- 1 Onion
- 100 ml Whipped cream
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- Spice mix2 Shan`shi Asia-Fix
- Chicken Kashmir are in the package
- Sick 2 spice mixes
- 1 kl. Pineapple can drained if you want
- Heat seasoning mixture 1 together with peanut oil in a wok or non-stick pan. As soon as the spices give off a scent, add the chicken cut into strips and the onion cut into cubes and roast them well.
- Add water and whipped cream, stir in seasoning mixture 2 – finish cooking for approx. 5 minutes with the lid closed, stirring occasionally. If you want, you can add pieces of pineapple at the end.
- There was rice with it.
- PLEASE DO NOT EVALUATE! (Test kitchen) should only be a suggestion when it has to be quick and my wok wanted to have something to do again. I wanted to try it out.
- Conclusion: I liked it the next time I would add a few pieces of pineapple.
