Paprika – Pear Vegetables in Tomato Sauce
The perfect paprika – pear vegetables in tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Red Diced paprika
- 1 yellow Diced paprika
- 1 medium sized Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Mild coconut fat
- 500 ml Direct tomato juice
- 1 maturity Diced pear
- 1 maturity Vegetable salt
- 1 maturity Pepper a.d.M
- 1 tsp Agave syrup
- Leave the chopped onion in the coconut oil, add the diced peppers and toss everything through a few times.
- Now add the tomato juice and bring everything to a simmer, simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the sliced pear, stir everything together and briefly bring to the boil again.
- Season the whole thing again with vegetable salt and pepper and round off with the agave syrup.
- Pasta, rice or other go well with it, we had buckwheat with it.
