Chilli Meatballs

The perfect chilli meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper White
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Parsley
  • Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 5 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  1. Dice the onions, halve the chilli pepper, remove the dividers and cut into strips. In the meantime, place the mixed minced meat in a bowl with the egg, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, paprika and parsley. Mix in the diced onion and chilli pepper. Shape meatballs and add to the pan with hot oil. Depending on the size and the desired point, fry and enjoy. Should be quick again 😉
