Orange Cakes La Rose Light
The perfect orange cakes la rose light recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Glas – 175 ml
- 3 Glasses Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Glass Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar or vanilla sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 Glass Oil
- Juice of one orange (put in the glass & supplemented with sparkling water or milk)
- Peel of an orange
- 1 pinch Salt
- Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and oil to a frothy mixture.
- Wash the orange and roll it briefly on the work surface with light pressure to get more juice, rub the peel and set aside. Now halve the orange and squeeze out both halves. Pour the juice into the glass and fill it up with sparkling water or milk so that you get 175 ml.
- Now add the orange peel and juice to the egg and sugar mixture and stir everything in thoroughly.
- Add the flour and the baking powder then mix everything together to form a smooth dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan oven 160ºC).
- Now fill the dough into greased muffin molds or mini cake pans and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Don’t forget to test the chopsticks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Take out and let cool for about 5 – 10 minutes.
- Then remove it from the mold and let it cool completely.
- Now decorate and serve as you wish.
- Tip 10: You can also use lemons or limes.
