Stuffed Chicken Thighs
The perfect stuffed chicken thighs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 piece Chicken thighs
- 50 g Cream cheese with porcini mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Dried mushrooms
- Garlic pepper
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Bright sauce thickener
- First, soak a few dried mushrooms in warm water and then cut them into small pieces.
- I had already got boned legs, called chicken steaks from the leg ;-). Wash, pat dry and sprinkle the inside with garlic pepper.
- Then spread the cream cheese and add some of the mushrooms to each. Close the legs and secure with wooden skewers.
- Heat the pan and fry the legs with the oil on all sides. Pour in some water and cook with the lid closed for about 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
- Remove the legs from the pan, thicken the sauce and pour over the meat. Finished
- We had vegetable sticks with it
