  • 1 kg Flour
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 Yeast cubes
  • 500 ml Milk warm

  • 375 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  1. 1) Knead a yeast dough from the first 6 ingredients (dissolve the yeast in the milk!) And let it rise in a warm place for the first time.
  1. 2) Mix the butter and sugar until frothy.
  1. 3) Knead the dough again and divide it into 3 parts. Roll out each ball of dough individually and brush with the sugar butter. Roll up, cut into pieces and place on a baking sheet. Cover with a cloth and let rise again.
