- 1 kg Flour
- 1 Pr Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 125 g Butter
- 1 Yeast cubes
- 500 ml Milk warm

- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 1) Knead a yeast dough from the first 6 ingredients (dissolve the yeast in the milk!) And let it rise in a warm place for the first time.
- 2) Mix the butter and sugar until frothy.
- 3) Knead the dough again and divide it into 3 parts. Roll out each ball of dough individually and brush with the sugar butter. Roll up, cut into pieces and place on a baking sheet. Cover with a cloth and let rise again.
- 4) Preheat the oven to 180 ° and bake the snails for 30 minutes.
- 5) Mix the milk with sugar and pour over the snails. Bake again for 10 minutes and eat while warm
