The perfect quince-apple-pear juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 ml For quince juice see KB
  • 5 Apples
  • 5 Pears
  • 1 liter Water
  • 500 g Sugar
  1. Roughly chop the apples and pears and remove the stems and flower bases. The shell and core can remain in place.
  1. Bring the apples and pear pieces to the boil with the water in a large saucepan and then simmer for about 20 minutes. Then pour through a cloth and squeeze out well.
  1. I had 1450ml apple and pear juice.
  1. Mix the apple and pear juice with the quince juice and bring to the boil with the sugar.
  1. Then fill into clean bottles or jars and close immediately with a hot seal.
  1. You could also cook a cinnamon stick or cloves for additional flavor, I did it without, so I can refine the finished juice depending on my taste. Also tastes delicious warm with a dash of alcohol 🙂
