Puff Pastry Pieces with Goat Cheese

The perfect puff pastry pieces with goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Frozen puff pastry
  • 1 medium sized Onion red
  • 8 Stems Fresh thyme
  • 250 g Goat cheese roll
  • 8 tsp Honey liquid
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cut the puff pastry roll into 8 squares with the baking paper and place on the oven tray.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stalks and roughly chop. Crumble the goat cheese and spread it with the onion cubes in the middle of the puff pastry, leaving a 2 cm wide border free. Prick the edge with a fork so that the edge comes up nicely.
  3. Bake the puff pastry squares in the hot oven on the lowest rack for 12-15 minutes. Pour the honey over it and serve sprinkled with thyme.
