Ingredients

  • 1 Puff pastry slices
  • 250 g Salmon fresh
  • 150 g Soft cheese
  • 1 tbsp Garlic oil
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Chopped basil

Instructions

  • First put the soft cheese in a bowl. Mix together with the milk, garlic oil, salt, pepper and basil to a fine cream. It is best to mash it with a fork. Cut the salmon into slightly smaller cubes or rectangles.
  • Cut the puff pastry slices into small squares. Preferably about 4cm x 4cm. Then put a teaspoon of the soft cheese cream on each of these squares. Finally, place a cube of salmon on top of the cream.
  • Then carefully shape the puff pastry slices into a bag, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at about 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes. Brush with a little butter in between.
  • Let cool down for about 10 minutes and then enjoy 🙂 I wish you a good appetite ... 🙂
