Bean Pot with Chicken Breast Fillet

The perfect bean pot with chicken breast fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Green beans
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 600 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 size Onion
  • 250 Milliliters Delicacy broth
  • 3 tablespoon Frying fat or oil
  • 3 tablespoon Dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Preparations

  1. Remove the strings from the beans (cut off the two ends), wash and cut into pieces and place in the pan of boiling water and blanch for 10 minutes. Pour over a sieve and quench with cold water.
  2. Peel the potatoes (do not take them too big) and cut them in half lengthways in the middle.
  3. Rinse the chicken breast fillet under water, pat dry and cut into cubes.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

preparation

  1. Heat a pan with the frying fat.
  2. Fry the meat in it until it has turned color, then take it out and set it aside.
  3. Now put the onions and potatoes in the pan and fry them lightly until both have turned color.
  4. Now add the beans, meat and broth, mix the whole mixture well together. Bring everything to the boil and cook for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Just before the end of the cooking time, I added the thyme.
  5. Season the bean pot with salt and pepper again and distribute it on the plates.
  6. Now I can only say, enjoy it !!!!
