Ingredients
- 3 cups Cream
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- Sea salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Basil
- Garlic green
Instructions
- Put the cream in a measuring beaker and whip until stiff with a hand mixer - then turn the mixing level up a little and keep whipping until the whey settles.
- Put the butter in a sieve and press firmly to remove the excess whey. Peel the garlic and pound it in a mortar with a little sea salt.
- Finely chop the herbs and grate the lemon peel. Mix everything with the butter with a fork and season with pepper. Bottling and chilling.
- I had freshly baked bread with it.
