Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 150 g Prawn fresh
  • 150 g Asian vegetable mix ... from the freezer department
  • 1 Orange pepper
  • 1 tbsp Pure sesame oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 1 plate Mie noodles
  • 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • Five-spice powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash the peppers and cut into fine strips, wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into strips, peel the garlic and cut into thin strips, peel the ginger and finely dice.
  • Cook the Mie noodles.
  • Now heat the oil in the pan, fry the garlic slices and the prawns briefly on all sides. Take the prawns out of the pan again, add the chicken strips to the pan and fry, add the thawed vegetables and ginger and then roast the paprika strips Now add the noodles and do not pour them off, but remove them with the slotted spoon and add them directly to the pan.
